Obituary of Elizabeth "Betty" Gertrude Jean Ward

Peacefully surrounded by family at Gateway Haven Nursing Home, Wiarton Monday evening March 14, 2016. Elizabeth 'Betty' Ward (nee Brough) of Wiarton in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence Ward (2001). Cherished mother of Debra Ellis of Edmonton, Alberta and John Ward and his partner Laurie Hay of Wiarton. Loved grandmother of Thomas, Clifton (Teresa McDougall), Christopher and Candace (Tom Sylvest) and great grandmother of 7. Friends may call at the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton Sunday afternoon from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted from the funeral home Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
