Obituary of Oley Knight

KNIGHT, Oley 'Lee'of Wiarton, and formerly of Lion's Head, Stokes Bay and Toronto, passed away on Monday, May 17, 2010 in her 90th year. Cherished mother of Bob (Suzanne Shwaluk) of Toronto and very special grandmother of Stephanie. Lee will be sadly missed by her sister June (McLay) Hill of Bancroft, close friend Val Martin of Wiarton and her many friends from the Lion's Head Friendship Club and the Women's Press Club of Toronto. She was predeceased by her husband Howard, parents Nettie (Shepherdson) and John Ribbel and sister Elsy Gray.Visitation will be held at the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton on Friday, May 21, 2010 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. where the funeral service to celebrate Lee's life will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Eastnor Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.. Donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
