Obituary of John Hodgson

 HODGSON, Johnpassed away peacefully at Gateway Haven Nursing Home, Wiarton on Saturday, March 27, 2010 in his 93rd year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Marjorie. Loving father of Margaret Drummond (Rod) of Nova Scotia, Stuart (Karen) of Tobermory and Peter of Toronto. Pappy to Clara (Nickolas) of New York City, Hilary of Paris, France and Dylan and Waylon of Tobermory. John was an intelligent and generous person who loved his cat Oscar, a good debate and chauffeuring family and friends around Ottawa. At one time, John drove for the blind and was still driving at the age of 90. We are all going to miss him. The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff and volunteers at Gateway Haven for their kindness.At John's request cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton. Donations made to the CNIB would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
