Obituary of Constance McArthur

McARTHUR, Constance 'Connie' peacefully at Scarborough Health Network, Centenary on Wednesday, January 3, 2024.  Connie McArthur of Scarborough in her 86th year.  Beloved wife of Harold McArthur.  Cherished mother of Rick McArthur (Donna), Ken McArthur (Shelley), Rob McArthur and Linda Knight (Frank).  Much loved grandmother of Bobbi-Lee (Darryll), Danielle (Matt), Holly (Matthew), Tyler (Allie), Codey (Hazel), Brenden (Jill) and Jessica (Matt) and great grandmother of Chayse, Crawford, Benjamin, Charlie, Madison, Jack, Mickey, Hunter, Xander, Connor, Scarlett and Brayden.  Dear sister of Terry (John) and Delores (Roger).  Connie will be greatly missed by family and friends including many nieces and nephews who have cherished memories of her.  Predeceased by her daughter-in-law Nora McArthur, parents Pearl (nee Skene) and Eldon Walpole and sisters Nadine (Grant) and Gwendolyn (Ted).

The graveside funeral service will be conducted at the Oxenden Cemetery on Friday, May 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.  A time of fellowship and refreshments will follow at the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton.  Expressions of remembrance to the Alzheimer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or the Epilepsy Foundation would be appreciated.  Messages of condolence may be sent to the family through www.georgefuneralhome.com
