Obituary of Sylvia Knapp

  KNAPP, Sylviaof Lion's Head passed away peacefully at Owen Sound Hospital on Sunday, November 7, 2010 in her 91st year.  Cherished wife of the late Horton Knapp who predeceased her in 1990.  She will be sadly missed by her best friend Phyllis Bain of Pike Bay as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.  Sylvia was also predeceased by her parents Martha and Henry Schmidt, brother Lloyd Schmidt and sister EmmaVandewallo.Visitation will be held at the DAVIDSON CHAPEL, 71 Main Street, Lion's Head on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 from 12:00 noon until the time of the funeral service to celebrate Sylvia's life at 2:00 p.m.  Interment Stokes Bay Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton.  Donations made to the Golden Dawn Nursing Home, Lion's Head Hospital or the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.  Condolences may be sent to the family through www.georgefuneralhome.comI would like to Send Condolences Back to Notices Home | History | Services | Our Facilities | Notices | Contact Us | Links
