Obituary of Harvey Golden

  GOLDEN, Harveyof Tobermory passed away peacefully at his residence on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 in his 86th year.  Cherished father of Jim (Marlene) of Mississauga, Paul (Sandra) of Hamilton and Mark of Barrie.  Special grandfather of Mike, Tim, Shannon and Carrie Lynn and great grandfather of Bianca, Keira, Samantha and Austin.  He will be sadly missed by his daughter-in-law Donna Golden of Weston, brother Lynn (Arliss) of Tobermory and sister-in-law Amelia Dunham of Tobermory as well as many nieces and nephews.  Harvey was predeceased by his wife Phyllis (2005), son Charles, parents Elsie (Hopkins) and Charlie Golden, brothers T.A., Charlie and Pete, sister Delphine and sister-in-law Loyas Golden.In respect of Harvey's wishes, cremation has taken place.  There will be a graveside memorial service at Dunk's Bay Cemetery on Saturday, November 6, 2010 at 2:00 p.m.  Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton.  Donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.  Condolences may be sent to the family through www.georgefuneralhome.comI would like to Send Condolences Back to Notices Home | History | Services | Our Facilities | Notices | Contact Us | Links
