Obituary of Norman Brownridge

BROWNRIDGE, NormanNorman Earl 'Norm' Brownridge Veteran of World War II of Miller Lake passed away at Lion's Head Hospital on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 in his 94th year. Cherished husband of Joyce for 38 years. Dear father of Robert Brownridge and his wife Sue. Grandfather of Rob and Kim and great grandfather of Renee and Julia. Uncle to nieces and nephews Dianne (Don), Kathy (Peter), Maryann, Mike (Val), John, David (Vicky) and relatives Beverly, Jennifer and Michelle. Norm was predeceased by his first wife Norma, parents Kathleen (Lunman) and Joseph Brownridge, sister Margaret Bryck and step-son Richard Groh.A memorial service will be held at the DAVIDSON CHAPEL, 71 Main Street, Lion's Head on Saturday April 10, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with Father Anthony Anh officiating. Interment of cremated remains will be held at St. Mary's Cemetery in Hepworth at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton. Donations made to the Lion's Head Hospital would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
