Obituary of Lena Hofstrand

HOFSTRAND, Lenapeacefully with her family by her side at Southampton Care Centre, Southampton on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 in her 86th year. Loving mother of Sharon Dorney and her husband Steve of Wiarton and Terry Hofstrand and her husband Don Costello of Toronto. Special grandmother of Joanne McCaw (Mike Gibbons) of Sauble Beach and Steven Ellis of Toronto, great grandmother of 8 and great great grandmother of 3. Lena was predeceased by her husband Donald (2003), parents Victoria (Wilson) and William Ellis and brothers Fred, Wilf and Percy.At Lena's request, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken plance. Arrangements made through the GEORE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton. Donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
