Obituary of Ruby McGarvey

McGARVEY, Rubyof Owen Sound and formerly of Wiarton passed away with family by her side on Monday, February 22, 2010 at Owen Sound Hospital in her 69th year. Loving mother of John of Orangeville and Ron and his wife Mellissa of Owen Sound. Special grandmother of Shane, Dylan, Chris and Sean. She will be sadly missed by her many brothers and sisters-in-law, as well as nieces and nephews. Ruby was predeceased by her husband Bev (1996), parents Susan (Spicer) and George Ferguson and grandson Matt.There will be a graveside service and interment at Oxenden Cemetery in the spring. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton. Donations made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
