SLINGSBY, Bettyof Owen Sound, and formerly of Kingsville, at Wiarton Hospital on Saturday, February 6, 2010 in her 82nd year. Cherished wife and best friend of Kenneth for 58 years. Dear mother of Tammi Lindsay of Ethel and grandmother of Justin Bedard, Danielle Bedard, Erin Lindsay, Cole Lindsay and Austin Lindsay. Betty will be sadly missed by her sister Jean (Arthur) Thornley and nieces Rosemary and Louise all of England. She was predeceased by her parents Mary (Brocklehurst) and Jack Parr.In respect of Betty's wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton.
