Obituary of Jean Armstrong

 Edith Georgena 'Jean' Armstrongpeacefully at Country Lane Nursing Home, Chatsworth Saturday evening October 25, 2014.  Jean Armstrong (nee Sadler) formerly of Wiarton in her 97th year.  Beloved wife of the late Clarence Clifford (1944) and the late Duncan Armstrong (1968).  Cherished mother of Bill Clifford and his wife Patricia of Goderich and Murray Armstrong and his wife Krista of London and mother-in-law of Linda (Armstrong) Deans of Wingham and Eileen Clifford of Elliott Lake.  Loved by 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.  Survived by many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her sons Bob Clifford (2011) and John Armstrong (1983), brother Jim Sadler and sisters Annie Rouse, Wilda Edmunds, Ida Clifford, Lula Shaw, Lena Noble and Delores Traynor.  Jean was born at Miller Lake (formerly known as Sadlers Corners) to parents Edith (Hodge) and William 'Bill' Sadler.  The funeral service will be conducted from the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, 430 Mary Street, Wiarton Tuesday October 28th at 2:00 p.m. with visitation 2 hours prior to the service.  Rev.
