Obituary of Evelyn McCutcheon

McCUTCHEON, Evelynof Wiarton and Lion's Head passed away with her family by her side on Friday, September 18, 2009 in her 85th year. Beloved wife and best friend of Melvin for 65 years. Cherished mother of Murray (Sharon) of Waterloo, Dennis (Pauline) of Owen Sound, Wayne (Shannon) of Owen Sound, Eldon (Dawn) of St. Agatha and Carole (Brian) Ainslie of Wiarton. Special grandmother of 12 and many great grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by her sister Leona Bain of Wiarton, brothers and sisters-in-law George Hellyer of Lion's Head, Vernice Mackie of Lion's Head, Audrey (Jack) Tyndall of Lion's Head, Gladys Bray of Wiarton and Edith Bray of Lion's Head as well as many nieces and nephews. Evelyn was predeceased by her parents Cora (Mitchell) and Byron Bray, brothers Ed and Lloyd and sisters Wilda, Reta, Pearl and Norma.Family and friends are invited to share memories at the Bethel Missionary Church, 18 Ferndale Road, Lion's Head on Sunday, September 20, 2009 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Monday, September 21, 2009 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Evelyn's life will be held at the Church on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Eastnor Cemetery.
