Obituary of Eleanor Gibson

GIBSON, Eleanorof Wiarton passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, June 12, 2009 in her 91st year. Cherished mother of Beth (Donald) Fountain of Meaford, Mac (Cathy) of Wiarton, Ernie (Pat) of St. Thomas and Wayne (Janet) of Owen Sound. Special grandmother of Sandra, Kevin, Brian, Alison, Kevin, Jonathan, Matthew, Megan and Leeland and great grandmother of 8. Eleanor was predeceased by her husband Alfred (1993), parents Maude and Samuel Rathwell, brothers Clifford, Carl and Lloyd and sisters Viola Henry and Wilda Tyndall.Visitation will be held at the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton on Monday, June 15, 2009 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Eleanor's life will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Interment Bayview Cemetery.
