Obituary of Carman Warder

WARDER, Carmanpassed away peacefully at Lion's Head Hospital on Monday, May 25, 2009 in his 95th year. Beloved husband of Florence and cherished father of Peter and his wife Wanda of Coldwater, Paul of Kitchener and David and Mark both of Lion's Head. Special grandpa of Landon. He will be sadly missed by his brother Crawford Warder of Wiarton, sisters-in-law Frances Warder, Freida Warder, Laurene Haddock and Grace Lisk and brother-in-law Carman White all of Lion's Head as well as many nieces and nephews. Carman was predeceased by his parents Lily (Pyke) and Walter Warder, brothers Charlie, Maitland and Harvey and sisters Violet and Nita.The funeral service to celebrate Carman's life will be held at Christ Church Anglican, Main Street, Lion's Head on Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Pastor Brad Mittleholtz officiating. Interment Eastnor Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton. Donations made to Lion's Head Hospital, Golden Dawn Nursing Home or Christ Church Anglican would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
