Obituary of Sharron Hooey

HOOEY, Sharronof Tobermory passed away with her family by her side at the Lion's Head Hospital on Friday, December 5, 2008 in her 59th year. Cherished wife of Larry and dear mother of Kim (Bill) Petrie of London and Chris (Brenda) Hooey of Tobermory. Special grandma of Raine Petrie. She will be sadly missed by her mother-in-law Blanche Belrose of Owen Sound, brothers and sisters-in-law Joe (Nancy) Hooey and Ivan (Doris) Hooey both of Tobermory, Joan (Gordon) Belrose of Orillia and Gail (Mike) Gillespie of Wasaga Beach, her brothers Donald and Kenny and her sister Frances. Sharron was predeceased by her parents Sally (Meredith) and Lon Ainsworth, fathers-in-law Percy Hooey and Bruce Belrose, and brother-in-law Norman Hooey.In respect of Sharron's wishes, there will be no funeral home visitation or service. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton. Donations made to the Tobermory Medical Clinic, Lion's Head Hospital or the Lion's Head Medical Clinic would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
