Obituary of Emerson McArthur

McARTHUR, W. Emersonof Wiarton passed away at Grey Bruce Health Services Owen Sound on Monday, April 28, 2008 in his 74th year. Cherished brother of Margaret Pickard of Gore Bay, Manitoulin Island and Nelda Ainslie of Wiarton. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Emerson was predeceased by his parents Gertrude (Lewis) and Hugh McArthur, brothers Verdun, Arden and Lewis and sisters Gladys and Leona.Visitation will be held at the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton on Friday, May 2, 2008 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service to celebrate Emerson's life at 3:00 p.m. Pastor Brad Mittleholtz officiating. Cremation has taken place. Interment Bayview Cemetery. Donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
