Obituary of David Laur

 David Morley Laurwith his family by his side at Grey Bruce Health Services, Lion's Head Thursday, February 12, 2015.  Dave Laur of Pike Bay in his 67th year.  Cherished husband of Irene (nee Whitmore).  Loved father of Kelly Laur of Pike Bay and Geoffrey and his wife Jennifer of Kitchener.  Very special grandfather of Courtney and Logan.  Dear brother of Paul and his wife Heidi of Milton and Steven and his wife Kari of Dundas and brother-in-law of Elaine Eedson and her husband David of Puslinch and Stewart Whitmore and his wife Susan of Kitchener.  Will be missed by many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by his parents Doreen (Hardy) and Morley Laur of Sarnia and mother-in-law Margery McLeavey.  Friends may call at the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton on Sunday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.  The funeral tribute service will be conducted from the funeral home on Monday at 2:00 p.m.  Spring interment Resurrection Cemetery, Sarnia.  Expressions of remembrance to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Alzheimer Society or the Central Peninsula Sno-Drifters Snowmobile Club would be appreciated.  Messages of condolence may be sent to the family through the link below.  A tree will be planted in the Memorial Forest of the Grey Sauble Conservation Foundation in memory of Dave by the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME. I would like to Send Condolences Back to Notices Home | History | Services | Our Facilities | Notices | Contact Us | Links
