Obituary of Margaret Brough

Brough: Margaret Mayof Wiarton, and formerly of Colpoy's Bay, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, June 9, 2007 in her 98th year. Beloved mother of Isobel (Bill) Guy, Glen (Betty Lou) and Scott (Penny) all of Wiarton, Clinton (Joan) of Cambridge, Gordon (Barbara) of Owen Sound and Carol (Paul) Hodgins of Penetanguishene. She will be sadly missed by daughter-in-law Lou Brough of Oakville, sisters Lottie West of Lion's Head, Tena (Edgar) Caudle of Burlington, 17 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Margaret was predeceased by her husband Robert, sons Keith and Bruce, parents Francis (Nixon) and Alfred Rouse, brothers Edward, Ernest, David and Gordon Rouse and sister Eliza Hayes.Visitation will be held at the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton on Monday, June 11, 2007 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. where the funeral service to celebrate Margaret's life will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Ed Laksmanis officiating. Interment Eastnor Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Wiarton Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
