Obituary of Earl Craig

CRAIG, Earl Beverlyof Tobermory passed away peacefully at Lions Head Hospital on Tuesday, March 13, 2007 in his 76th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Linda Webb of Tobermory. Earl is survived by daughters Faye (Tom) McNabb of Port Elgin and Sharon (Bill) Cook and Kathy (Dan) Ellis of Owen Sound and sons Donny, Brad (Sue), and Randy all of Owen Sound. He will be missed by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, his brothers Forrest (Rose) Craig and Bill (Carol) Craig and sister-in-law Shirley Craig. He was a special friend to Shannon McAllister of Tobermory and Jon Paul Webb of London. Earl was predeceased by his parents Laura (Cole) and Bursche Craig and his brother John Craig.Earl was a founding member of the Tobermory Snowmobile Club and a long time groomer operator for Grey Bruce Snowmobile Trails.A celebration of Earl's life will be held on Friday, March 16, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at the St. Edmund's Community Centre, Highway 6, Tobermory with Rev. Susan Schantz officiating. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton.
