Obituary of Irene Bain

BAIN, Ireneof Chesley, and formerly of Lions Head, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 27, 2007 in her 86th year. Beloved mother of Hazel (Jack) Lancaster of Chesley, Ron (Carol) Bain of Wiarton, Adelle (Jim) Dawm of Chesley and Shirley (Mike) Edwards of Scarborough. She will be sadly missed by 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Irene was predeceased by her husband Harvey in 1988, parents Laura (Shaw) and Edward Walpole, son Eddie, granddaughter Karina and brothers Vern and Wes.Visitation will be held on Monday, January 29, 2007 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Bethel Missionary Church, 18 Ferndale Road, Lions Head. The funeral service to celebrate Irene's life will be held at the Church on Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Billy Strachan officiating. Spring interment Eastnor Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton.
