Obituary of Leona Lembke

LEMBKE, Leonaof Wiarton passed away peacefully on Monday, November 20, 2006 in her 91st year. Dear sister-in-law of Laurina Mallard of Oxenden and aunt of David (Gilma) Greig of Toronto, Don Greig of Owen Sound, Donna Wilkinson of Lions Head, Kathleen (Bob) Miller of Tillsonburg and Elizabeth (Whitey) Voegel of Florida. She will be sadly missed by special friends Eva Nickel of Wiarton and Allen and Rowena Tindall of Wiarton. Leona was predeceased by her husband Theodore, parents Mary Ellen (Heath) and David Greig, sisters Agnes Wrigley, Alma Potter and Kathleen McCoag and brother Stanley Greig.Visitation will be held at Gateway Haven Retirement Residence, 671 Frank Street, Wiarton on Thursday, November 23, 2006 from 1:00 p.m. until time of the service to celebrate Leona's life at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Brad Mittleholtz officiating. Spring interment Oxenden Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton. As expressions of sympathy, donations made to Friends of Gateway, Bruce Peninsula Hospice or the Wiarton Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
