Obituary of Douglas Buckland

 BUCKLAND, Douglas Keithof Wiarton passed away peacefully on Thursday September 28, 2006 at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, in his 57th year. Beloved husband of Laurie and dear father of Amanda Buckland (Shawn Lamb) of Milton and Michael Buckland (Megin Jarvis) of Wiarton.Also sadly missed by his brothers Gord (Marg) of Kincardine, Bruce (Judey) of Wiarton, sister Beulah (Herb) Wright of Hepworth, sisters in law Linda (Keith) Davidson of Hepworth, Bev (Wes) Everitt of Southampton, as well as many nieces and nephews.Doug was predeceased by his parents Merton and Velma Buckland.Visitation will be held at the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton on Sunday October 1, 2006 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Monday October 2, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jawn Kolohon officiating. Interment Bayview Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Friends of Gateway or charity of choice as expressions of sympathy.
