Obituary of Donald Stabenow

STABENOW, Donaldof RR 2, Wiarton passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 18th, 2006 in his 74th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Anne and dear father of Chris of Wiarton. Don will be sadly missed by his brother Karl (Iola) of Wainfleet, brothers-in-law Norm LeLiever of Toronto, Peter (Irene) Harris of Berkley and sister-in-law Winnie Stabenow of Sundridge. He was predeceased by his parents Arnetta (Hillgartner) and Theodore Stabenow, brother Harry and sister Dorothy.The family will receive friends at the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton on Thursday, July 20th from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. where the service to celebrate Don's life will be held on Friday, July 21st, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Brad Mittleholtz officiating. Interment Oxenden Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Bruce Peninsula Sportsmans Association would be appreicated by the family.
