McCutcheon Ivy Mae Suddenly at the Extend-i-care Nursing Home, Hamilton on Saturday September 3, 2005. Mae (Byers) McCutcheon of Hamilton in her 77th year. Dear mother of Leeann Newby and her partner Maverick Martin of Orillia; Janice and her husband John Burt of Colpoy's Bay; Rick of Hamilton; Jill and her husband Rob Khalaf of Lloydminster, Alberta; and Kim of Kitchener. Special grandmother of Jackie (Rob) McNeill, Jim (Leanne) Newby, Cheryl (Jamie) MacIntyre, Jack (Lindsey Glover) Burt, Jennifer (Bob) Van Houwelingen, Josh (Amy) Burt, Paige McCutcheon, Luke McCutcheon-Scarciglia, Rikky Carbone, Angie Carbone, Carlo (Isabel Barajas-Olguin) Carbone, and great grandmother of Faith MacIntyre, Angus MacIntyre, Karleigh McNeill, Alyssa Newby, Kaelynn Newby, and Hunter Newby. Sister of Jack (Vera) Byers of Wiarton. Former wife of Francis McCutcheon of Burlington. Predeceased by two sisters Annetta Armstrong and Jean McCutcheon, three brothers Bernie, Harold, and Ross, one son-in-law John Walter Newby, and one grandson John (Johnny) Newby. The family will receive friends at the George Funeral Home 430 Mary Street, Wiarton on Thursday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. The funeral service will be conducted from the funeral home on Friday September 9th at 2:00 PM with Rev. Ed Laksmanis officiating. Interment, Eastnor Cemetery, Lion's Head.
