Obituary of Ronald Hartung

Ronald William Hartungof Lion's Head peacefully with family by his side at Grey Bruce Health Services Lion's Head Monday afternoon November 4, 2013 in his 78th year.  Cherished husband of Margery (nee Kelly) and the late Connie (nee Riepert).  Loving father of Janet and her husband Arnold Hintermayer of Kitchener, Teresa and her husband Chris Martin of Waterloo and Gary of Vancouver, B.C.  Dear grandfather of Kyle and his friend Natalie, Keith and his wife Aleecia, Sarah and her friend Mike, Christopher and his wife Nadia and Matthew and his friend Lauren.  Loving son-in-law of Helen Kelly of Guelph, brother of Marlene MacDonald, Wayne (Kathy), Sandra Cassel, Donna (Reg) Hagedorn and Roger (Darlene) of Conestoga Lake, brother-in-law of Mary Hartung of Kitchener and Teresa (Norm) Kane of Guelph and special family friend of Bob Kurt.  Predeceased by his parents Thelma (Martin) and Roy Hartung, brothers Dennis and David and brother-in-law Donald MacDonald.  Friends may call at the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, LION'S HEAD CHAPEL, 71 Main Street, Lion's Head on Thursday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.  Funeral mass will be conducted from the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 554 15th Street East, Owen Sound on Friday at 10:30 a.m. with visitation 1 hour prior to mass.  Father David Reilander officiating.  Expressions of remembrance made to St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church would be appreciated.  Messages of condolence are welcome through the link below. I would like to Send Condolences Back to Notices Home | History | Services | Our Facilities | Notices | Contact Us | Links
