Peacefully at Golden Dawn Nursing Home, Lion's Head early Monday morning July 20, 2015. Vee Baskerville (nee Perry) formerly of Chesley and Durham in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late James Leonard Baskerville. Cherished mother of Denise McInnis of Keene, Roger and his wife Karen of Wiarton and Barrow Bay, Leonard (predeceased 2002) and his wife Kathy of Peterborough, Ted and his wife Ann of Waterloo and Barrow Bay, Don and his wife Tracy of Chicago and Barrow Bay, Patricia and her husband Fred Pentz of Sarnia and Judy and her husband Dan Nicholson of Goderich and Barrow Bay. Cherished grandmother of 14 and great grandmother of 8. Dear sister of Al Perry and his wife Doris of Sydney, B.C. Predeceased by sisters June and Beryl. Special aunt to Joe Stott of North Vancouver. Vee proudly enlisted in the Royal Canadian Air Force Women's Division in 1943. She served her country by working in a nutrition lab at the University of Guelph. Postings to Sydney N.S. and Dartmouth N.S. followed. It was in Dartmouth where she met her future husband Jim who also served in the Royal Canadian Air Force. Private family funeral arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, LION'S HEAD CHAPEL, Lion's Head. Interment Eastnor Cemetery.
