Obituary of Hazel Rebecca Sarnovsky

Peacefully with family by her side Sunday evening November 1, 2015. Hazel Sarnovsky (nee Fowlie) of Lion's Head in her 101st year. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Stephen Sarnovsky (pre 2002). Cherished mother of Judith Iwasko and her husband Bob, Joseph A and his wife Christy, all of Michigan and John and his wife Molly of Lion's Head. Loving grandmother of Jay, Marcus, Jillian, Jeremy, Tom, Hanna and Kate Sarnovsky and Robert and Michael Iwasko and great grandmother of 14. Predeceased by son James, brother Elgin Fowlie and siter Dora McDougall. Friends may call at the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, LION'S HEAD CHAPEL on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Chapel on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. with Father James McSherry officiating. Interment Eastnor Cemetery. Expressions of remembrance to Golden Dawn Nursing Home or Bruce Peninsula Hospice would be appreciated.
