At Gateway Haven Nursing Home, Wiarton Friday evening December 18, 2015. George Furness formerly of Port Elgin, Sauble Beach and Bramalea in his 88th year. Cherished husband of Lois (nee West) Beloved father of Linda and her husband Tim Price of Rockwood, Carol Furness and her partner Ian McCullough of Kitchener, George and his wife Elizabeth of Grimsby, Susan and her husband Dave Gray of Flesherton, David and his wife Lynne of Brampton, Catherine and her husband Vik Nevrela of Brampton and Sharon and her husband Jeff Sargent of Georgetown. Loved grandfather of 18 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Missed by brothers Ted Furness (Pat Shellenburg) of Beaton and Harold (Josephine) Furness of Belleville Predeceased by Evelyn Crockford and Ed Furness.
