Obituary of Charles Brian Manery

After a long difficult illness in a quiet and gentle way with his family by his side at Grey Bruce Health Services, Wiarton Tuesday February 9, 2016. Brian was a strong, kind, intelligent, talented man and leaves to mourn his wife Helen (nee Buckland) of 52 years of marriage. Cherished father of Christa and Patrick Boone and Scott and Lisa Manery and loving grandfather to Carter and Madelyn Boone and Keith and Aidan Manery, all of Sarnia. Dear brother of Robert and Dorothy Manery of Wiarton, Marcia and John Oberholtzer of Calgary and Lindsay and Sherry Manery of Chesley and brother-in-law of Shirley (late Kenneth) Woods of St. Mary's, Sharon and Gord Smith, Sheila and Stanley McNeil and Wayne and Susan Buckland, all of Wiarton. Loved son-in-law of Pearl and the late Lloyd Buckland of Wiarton. Predeceased by parents George and Edythe (nee Mathieson) Manery. Friends and family are invited to join the family for a Celebration of Brian's life on Saturday, February 20th, 2016 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, Upper Hall, Wiarton. The family will be sharing memories at 2 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton. Expressions of remembrance to the Wiarton Hospital or the Poppy Fund, Royal Canadian Legion Branch 208 Wiarton would be appreciated.
