Peacefully at Grey Bruce Health Services Owen Sound late Tuesday evening June 14, 2016. Betty Weatherhead (nee Hawke) of Lion's Head in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late William 'Bill' Weatherhead (2011). Cherished mother of Vicki Moore of Owen Sound, Sheldon and his wife Linda of Lion's Head, Rachel Bridge of Lion's Head, Willy and his wife Jenny of Lion's Head, Cindy McLay of Woodstock and Kelly Weatherhead of Lion's Head. Loved grandmother of 18 and great grandmother of 22. Dear sister of Norma (Orville) Stewart of Stokes Bay. Predeceased by brothers Joe and Cliff, sisters Marydale Hewton and Donelda McArthur and son-in-law John McLay. Friends may call at the BETHEL MISSIONARY CHURCH, 18 Ferndale Road, Lion's Head on Friday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral tribute service will be conducted from the Church on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Gerald DeWit officiating.
