Billy was like the unstoppable bunny . he was courageous and never gave up faith and fought through a lot of suffering in expectant hope.. Always very helpful and friendly Man . Though we did not get a lot of time to get to know Bill the times we did get were very special. What an incredible sense of humour he had.
Florida will never be the same without him there.
Bill's suffering is over now but the absence he makes is great and we will continue to pray for comfort for the family .

We just heard of Bill's passing and want to send our deepest thoughts and prayers to Deb and all the family. I have great memories of our work days at GM and our fishing trips. I'm glad we made a surprise visit to see Bill some time ago but it was also the last time we saw him. He was an interesting and fun guy to be around. Always positive and a good friend and co-worker. He will be sadly missed.

It is with the deepest sorrow I have just heard about the passing of a wonderful friend in Billy.
He was such a delight and happy person to be with.
He lite up any room he entered with his presence.
He will be sorely missed in the community of Lions Head.
Janice and my prayers are with all his family at this time.
I am pushing to get back to Canada, from Bangladesh, in time for the Service on the 10th.

Deb and family.......it is was with great sadness when we heard of Bills passing but we have the true knowledge that Billy is at peace and enjoying his reward with his Lord. One of the last times l saw Billy we sat outside and talked and he told me that things were not good and on leaving we hugged and I told him that when the time comes I will meet him in the centre of the garden in heaven and I am sure that will happen.....God Bless you Deb during this time and may the Lords hand watch over you.....Dave & Lynda Ferguson

Billy was a amazing man. He was a comedian that made you smile and laugh every time you had a conversation with him. He was a positive person and if you ever needed someone he was always there for you to help anyone in need. But most of all he was a FANTASTIC Friend and that the great conversations we shared his memories will always be as a TRUE Friend. I had the pleasure meeting and working with Bill @ GM Diesel and first time meeting him he was not a happy camper with management and if you knew Billy yep he spoke his mind. So glad I had the opportunity to be his friend and know him and even though he retired we still kept in touch.
Thinking of the MacGregor family and my heart and prayers and thought are there for them and everyone that had the pleasure of knowing Billy. Billy you will be missed and the great memories will always be cherished.

It's hard to believe that we have lost yet another Great Man - Billy was a stand up guy!
He was a comedian, a pastor, a sounding board, a leader, a spokesperson & a all around Friend that we were proud to call our Friend!
We worked with Bill @ Gm Diesel. I (Brenda) started at GM in 1979 & worked with Bill in School Bus; then again in 1988 in PMC until 2005. Bill was not afraid to speak up for what he believed in to management. He would say: What r they going to do, Fire me!
He was a True Friend to Don & a inspiration to him when he needed it. They worked together for over 30 yrs. Don will miss him very much.
Our prayers & thoughts are with the MacGregor family.
RIP, my friend until we meet again.

Heartfelt condolences for Billy MacGregor's family. I am so sorry for your loss. Billy was a funny guy, he always made me laugh. I job shadowed one day with Billy and I could barely keep up with him....he walked through the warehouse really really fast. I felt like I was half running to keep up with him.
