Obituary of Charles "Charlie" Edward Shaw

Peacefully with family by his side at Chapman House, Owen Sound Saturday afternoon July 15, 2017.  Charlie Shaw of Tobermory in his 70th year.  Beloved husband of Darlene (nee Craig).  Cherished father of Stephen and his wife Kim of Chatsworth and Michelle McArthur and her husband the late Murray (2016) of Tobermory.  Loved grandfather of Katie, Jonathan, Tyson and Brett.  Dear brother of Don (Barb) of Elliott Lake, Morris (Betty) of Oshawa, Ron (Marlene) of Alberta and Allan (Charlene) of Wiarton. Predeceased by parents Lula (Sadler) and Daniel Shaw.  Family and friends are invited to share stories and memories at the Tobermory United Church on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.  At Charlie's request there will be no funeral service.   Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, LION'S HEAD CHAPEL, Lion's Head.  Expressions of remembrance to the Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce - Chapman House would be appreciated.  Messages of condolence may be sent to  the family through www.georgefuneralhome.com
