Dear June and family,
I was so sorry to see this announcement this morning! I had no idea Garry was even ill. I remember so often our times in the kitchen together at Ziontario, up to our elbows in the sink, scrubbing pots and singing old hymns ... Also our times together at the Owen Sound branch with you folks.

So sorry to hear about Garry passing away. I always enjoyed talking with the two of you. Especially the deer hunting part and how the time he brought his deer call in to show me. Worked 100% this past fall.

We would like to share our deepest condolences with the Stewart family. Uncle Gary will always hold a special spot in our hearts and his memory will always live on with the craftsmanship illustrated in mom & dad’s home. I remember one day in 1980, we were laying the floor on the house and uncle Gary almost hit a nail in upside down. He said “that was almost a basement nail” and he laughed. I have to admit the 9 year old did not really get it, but he thought it was hilarious. His laughter, generous spirit and kind heart will always be first and foremost in our memories.
