Obituary of Vivian Anne Riches

RICHES, VIVIAN ANNE (nee McIntosh) passed peacefully in her 90th year in the company of family at Brampton Civic Hospital on Sunday April 22, 2018. Predeceased by her husband Harry in February, 2017. Survived by children Anne and Jim and grandchildren Lauren, Kelly, Tricia, Rachel and Jesse. Special thanks to the Miskolczi family for their love and support. Vivian took classes at OCA and particularly enjoyed sculpting. She often reflected on her years as an elementary school teacher in the 1950's. She was a sports fan, particularly of the Blue Jays, an avid reader and crossword puzzler. She loved everything about her adopted home Tobermory from the orchids to the view. Her dry sense of humour and wry smile will be missed. Private family funeral arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, LION’S HEAD CHAPEL, Lion’s Head. Interment will occur at Dunk's Bay Cemetery, Tobermory.
