Obituary of William "Bill" Ellis

ELLIS, William 'Bill' suddenly at Victoria Hospital, London late Saturday evening May 11, 2019.  Bill Ellis of London in his 81st year.  Beloved husband of Merle (nee Thompson).  Cherished father of Holli Greaves (Kevin Tucker), Todd Ellis and Troy Ellis, all of London.  Loved grandfather of Ashley, Carli, Chad (Ashley), Tory, Ryan and Randy and great grandfather of Braeden, Makayla, Tyson, Dennon and Jace.  Dear brother of Jim Ellis and his wife Barb of Wiarton and Gwen Howell and her husband Les of London and brother-in-law of Jean Thompson of Lion's Head.  Predeceased by parents Doris (nee Lancaster) and Wilfred Ellis, brothers Joe, Wayne and Doug, sisters Jeanette Desjardines, Jackie Jones and Marion (Art) Wilson, brother-in-law Norm Thompson and sister-in-law Vernice McLay (Martin).  The funeral service will be conducted from the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton on Saturday, June 1st at 1:00 p.m.  Visitation 1 hour prior to the service.  Expressions of remembrance to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.  Messages of condolence may be sent to the family through www.georgefuneralhome.com
