Obituary of Heather Barton Blacklock

BLACKLOCK, Heather Barton peacefully at Golden Dawn Nursing Home, Lion's Head late Sunday evening July 28, 2019.  Heather Blacklock (nee Thomas) of Lion's Head in her 78th year.  Beloved wife of Wayne for 30 years.  Cherished mother of Cindy Clarke and her husband Tom of Edmonton, Tamm McAllister and her husband Chris of Hamilton, Kim Hamilton and her husband Rob of Hamilton, Corinne Nichols and her husband Dr. Bruce of London and Leanne Kilby and her husband Doug of Hamilton.  Much loved grandmother of many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.  Dear sister of Jim Thomas, Joe Thomas and Ken Thomas all of Cobourg and sister-in-law of Phyllis Thomas of Frankford.  Predeceased by her brother Art Thomas.  The funeral service will be conducted from the Bethel Missionary Church, 18 Ferndale Road, Lion's Head on Friday morning at 11:00 a.m.  Interment Eastnor Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, LION'S HEAD CHAPEL, Lion's Head.  Expressions of remembrance to Golden Dawn Nursing Home or The Salvation Army would be appreciated.  Messages of condolence may be sent to the family through www.georgefuneralhome.com
