Obituary of Anna Bacon

BACON, Marie Lucie Anna surrounded by family at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound Tuesday, August 27, 2019.  Anna Bacon (nee Gratton) of Cameron Lake in her 74th year.  Beloved wife of the late Maurice 'Shorty' Bacon (2003).  Loved mother of Claudette McKay and her husband John of Watford and Richard and his wife Lil of Port Franks.  Anna was the proud grandma of Amanda Lynn (Tom), Samantha (Mark), Alex (Katelin) and Courtney (Steve) and great grandma of Hendrik, Austin, Alexis, Sierra, Dylan, Kayleigh and Axel.  Dear sister of Georgette Thibeault of Forest, Rolly Gratton (Judy) of Inwood, Jackie Greaves (Paul) of Port Franks, Sue Ellenor (Jim) of Camlachie and Norm Gratton (Judy) of Port Franks.  Predeceased by brother George and brother-in-law Claude Thibeault.  The funeral service will be conducted from the St. Thomas the Apostle Mission, Brock Street, Tobermory on Tuesday, September 3rd at 1:00 p.m.  Interment Dunk's Bay Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, LION'S HEAD CHAPEL, Lion's Head.   Expressions of remembrance to the Tobermory Clinic or the Owen Sound Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.  Messages of condolence may be sent to the family through www.georgefuneralhome.com
