Bob & Alison met in the late 1960s in Cdn Forces Hospital in Ottawa. Both were undergoing surgery. They met in the hallway and soon discovered they were both in the Air Force. The three of us soon became fast friends. In 1972 we were posted to CFB Borden where we rediscovered one another again. After that we kept in touch regularly. We will miss her dearly. To the family of Allison Gosling: We are so sorry to hear about Allison. She will be missed. She was always smiling and had a kind word for anyone. She will be able to have a good time with her best friend, Eleanor Thomson. The two of them will be up to no good, but having a great time doing it!!
