I still think of you often Chris.
You are that friend that made me feel like a child again, because we would laugh so hard that we would cry. You always made things so exciding and fun. To me, you had no issues or struggles, this is not who you are...... you were a loyal, understanding person that took no prisoners if someone was to dishonor his family or friends. That is what I call a man, a properly raised Son, amazing Brother, and the most remarkable best friend.
You have always had my highest respect through the good and hard times..... I miss you!

It's been almost two weeks and I still don't have the right words. I don't want you to be remembered only for your struggles because that is not who you were to me. You were a supportive, loving brother, proud uncle and a great friend! You had a big smile, bigger heart, quick wit and a fun personality. We are so very saddened to hear of the passing of Chris. We remember him as a young lad who was a kind, respectful, fun-loving hockey player and piano student who always had a glint in his eye and an amazing smile. It is so difficult to understand the inner turmoil within when a person in the prime of life hurts so bad. Loved ones and friends feel so helpless watching and yet are able to only do so much. We hope you are able to take some comfort remembering the loving times you shared as a family and know that you raised a wonderful person. Our thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

I am so sorry for your loss. May Chris finally be at peace at this time.
Having been one of the teachers in Chris’s life I no doubt share with you the way he could always make me laugh. Chris had a big smile and even bigger heart. I remember in grade 9 gym class Chris when we were making teams for games he would let me know that in Lions Head, they play shirts vs skins. I learned so much for that group of boys!!!
