COUPLAND, Carol suddenly but peacefully, surrounded by her family, Thursday June 17, 2021. Carol Coupland (nee Ceasar) of Lion's Head in her 88th year. Loving mother of Steve of Sioux Lookout, Randy (Jane) of Toronto, and Tami Coupland of Lion's Head, grandmother of Shane, Lisa and Dale, and great grandmother of Amalia, Keenah, Avery and Dominic. Predeceased by infant daughter Rachael, parents Florence (nee Fox) and Russell Ceasar, brother James and sister Faye Butchart. Private family arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, LION'S HEAD CHAPEL, Lion's Head. Expressions of remembrance to the Federation of Ontario Naturalists would be appreciated. We will always remember Mom for her love of singing, theatre and drama; for her paintings and her appreciation of the nuances of colour; for her love of the natural world, camping and canoe tripping; for how much she enjoyed talking to people, her love of a big party and, of course, her frequent, easy laughter.
