Our deep condolences to Cindy, Lorrie, Connie and Leslie and family. We got to know Grant late in life when he was living with his devoted daughter Cindy and husband Kirk. Grant was warm and pure hearted and straight forward. He seemed to have a great love for his family. He would talk a little about history. He said, he still remembers his old fishing places in Danville, Quebec(Eastern Townships), before moving to Ontario at a young age. He seem to remember his television shows too!
He somehow would always win playing cards. We will always remember his smile. We will miss his visits.

I will always remember Grant as an amazing man and a dedicated family man. We were neighbours for a few years when he decided to move in with Leslie and Jason and help raise their children. I would see him everyday, and we would have these amazing conversations. He was a very interesting man and I enjoyed my time spent with him. I am so very sad to hear of his passing, but I do hope that he is together again with his wife Willy. How wonderful their reunion must be. My sincerest condolences to all of his family. Rest in peace my dear friend.

As in life so also in death passing away within months of each other. Our deepest sympathies to Lorrie, Cindy, Connie, Leslie and your families on Uncle Grant’s passing. He was a great family man which was evident in his love and support of his own family and his continued interest in his extended family. Our thoughts are with all of you. Love, Lawrence’s family.

With our deepest condolences to Grant's extended family. We enjoyed a visit from Grant and his brother Lawrence to our home in Edmonton. Listening to the three brothers playing Euchre with our son Wes is something I'll never forget!!! We had a great time - Grant and I went to Bingo too. It is too sad with two brothers passing away this year - the last of the eleven siblings. Our sincerest sympathy from Lois, Wes and Helen and Wade.
