Obituary of Albert Lemcke

LEMCKE, Robert Albert 'Ab' peacefully with family by his side at Gateway Haven Nursing Home, Wiarton late Wednesday, January 19, 2022.  Ab Lemcke of Wiarton in his 99th year.  Beloved husband of the late Wilma Lemcke (nee Shaw).  Cherished father of Nancy Matches (Doug) of Park Head, Pat Kocher (Bob) of Holland Landing, Sherrill Bartley (Dennis Smith) of Thessalon and Roberta Wong (the late Khanson Wong) of Waterloo.  Much loved grandfather, great grandfather and great great grandfather of many.  Dear brother of Karl (Elaine pre), Morgan (Signa), Roy (Donna) and Hazel Hahn (Jim) and brother-in-law of Rose (Carmen pre), Jean (Allan pre) and Marion Shaw.  Predeceased by parents Florence (nee Bray) and Arthur Lemcke, brothers Ivan (Florence) and Wilfred (in infancy) and sister Isabell Everett (Harold).

His smile and kindness will be forever remembered and missed.

Private family funeral arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton.  A graveside funeral service will be conducted at the Eastnor Cemetery on Saturday, May 28th at 2:00 p.m.  All current covid guidelines must be followed.
