Obituary of Elaine Robins

ROBINS, Elaine Marjorie peacefully with family by her side at Gateway Haven Nursing Home, Wiarton Thursday February 9, 2023.  Elaine Robins (nee Noble) of Wiarton and formerly of Miller Lake in her 93rd year.  Beloved wife of the late Ivan Robins.  Cherished mother of Cathy Robins (Kirk Gibbons), Laurie 'Smokey' Golden (Lance) and Brent (Julie), all of Tobermory and mother-in-law of Peggy Robins of Miller Lake.  Much loved grandmother of Darryl, Nicole, Kelly, Leah, Katie, Jonathan, Hunter, Cara, Brandon, Adam, Tyler and Logan and great grandmother of 10.  Predeceased by son Michael (2020) and parents Alvenia (nee Eldridge) and John Noble and sister Marion Hopkins.

The family would like to express their sincere apprecation to Dr. John van Dorp and the entire staff at Gateway Haven for their care and compassion.

Private family arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton.  A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held in the spring.  Details will be announced once confirmed.  Interment Dunk's Bay Cemetery.     Expressions of remembrance to Friends of Gateway or the Arthritis Society of Canada would be appreciated.  Messages of condolence may be sent to the family through www.georgefuneralhome.com
