I light this candle for you Tanya, in your memory, and said a final prayer for My Dear Niece. Until we meet again Tanya. I Love You and I will miss you dearly. Rest in Heaven. I really want to be at your final tribute tomorrow, but unfortunately I cannot be there to say my final goodbye to you. Or to be there to support your Mom ( My Sister Janet) and Amos, Michael, Destiny, Jessie and Kaiden. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you tomorrow. Love You All Deeply. Always and Forever: Jeffrey McCartney in Toronto. God Be With You all, in this very SAD time. My heart and prayers will be there tomorrow for all of you. And especially for Tanya my Niece.
Tanya was my Niece. She had a heart of gold. I have many, many fond memories of Tanya and the times we had together throughout her life. One of the greatest memories I will always have in my heart, is when Tanya was the bridesmaid in my wedding to Aunt Mary. I am so very proud of Tanya for all her accomplishments, that she had to face and struggle with her addictions and she succeeded with them all. I was very impressed and very proud of Tanya for writing her book about her life and the struggles she had to face with her addictions. She wanted to share her book, in hopes to help others, who are also facing and struggling with their addiction issues. That was the way Tanya was. She was always thinking of others. Tanya loved everyone she knew. She was a wonderful person and a wonderful Niece to me. I will miss her dearly. You are gone to Heaven, but you have left your legancy behind in your book. You are and will always be in my heart, my thoughts and my memories. I Love You Tanya. Rest in Peace in Heaven. Until we meet again. Love Always and Forever.... Uncle Jeff in Toronto
I am devastated to hear this news! I knew Tanya for many years and most recently have been reading her book. I am so proud of this accomplishment for her. Such a wonderful, positive, determined woman who loved her kids so much. My thoughts are with them now.
