Obituary of Eveleen Kaizer

KAIZER, Eveleen Katie Jean peacefully with family by her side at Golden Dawn Nursing Home, Lion's Head on Wednesday, October 4, 2023.  Eveleen Kaizer (nee Stewart) of Lion's Head in her 96th year.  Beloved wife of the late Mervin Kaizer (2021).  Cherished mother of Bonnie Kaizer of Miller Lake, Reg of Lion's Head and Nancy Schwellinger and her husband George of Woodford. Much loved grandmother of Cody, Micky (Staci), Shane, Jordan, Chris (Shawn), David (Sheena), Katrina (Troy) and Karie (Paul) and great grandmother of Ava, Elliotte, Kilian, Isabella and Rowan.  Dear sister of Elda Oldrieve (Norman) and sister-in-law of Carol Stewart, Dorothy Stewart and Crawford Bartley.  Sadly missed by many many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by parents Sarah (nee McDonald) and Grant Stewart and predeceased by brothers Bill (Mabel), Norman, Stan (Margaret), Gordon (Barbara), Harold, Bruce (Mary), Morris, John (Dot) and Allan and sisters Mae Bartley and Marion (Eber) Burley.

The graveside interment service will be conducted at Eastnor Cemetery on Friday, November 17, 2023 at 12 noon.  A time of fellowship will follow at the Stokes Bay Community Centre starting at 1:00 p.m. with memories shared at 2:00 p.m.   Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, LION'S HEAD CHAPEL, Lion's Head.  Expressions of remembrance to Golden Dawn Nursing Home would be appreciated.  Messages of condolence may be sent to the family through www.georgefuneralhome.com
