Obituary of Margaret Urbshott

URBSHOTT, Margaret peacefully at Owen Sound Hospital early Monday morning July 22, 2024.  Margaret Urbshott (nee Taylor) of Lion's Head in her 92nd year.  Beloved wife of the late 'Jim' James Clayton Urbshott (2005), the late Don Paton (2008) and the late Dean Moffat (2022).  Cherished mother of Beth Moore (Steve) of Wiarton, Brian (Deb) of Chilliwack, B.C, Carol Weir (Dave) of Mar, Pauline Hepburn (Dean Livingston) of St. Jacobs and Robert (Linda) of Georgian Bluffs and mother-in-law of Carol Urbshott of Purple Valley and Rick Smith of Barrie.  Much loved grandmother of Laine, Scott, Taylor, Megan, Tanner, Cara, Kyle, Barb, Brad, Ben, Willy, Eric, Chad, Nathan and Emily and great grandmother of many.  Missed by brother Jim Taylor and sisters-in-law Donna Taylor and Janet Taylor as well as many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by son Fred, daughter Joan Smith, parents Isabel and Wesley Taylor, brothers Harry, Roy (Hazel), Ross (Bridgette), Lynn (Trudy), Lloyd and Jack, sister Lula Campbell (Roy) and sister-in-law Lynette Taylor.

Family and friends are invited to share memories at the Bethel Missionary Church on Thursday, July 25th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.  The funeral service will be conducted at the church on Friday, July 26th at 11:00 a.m.  Interment Eastnor Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, LION'S HEAD CHAPEL, Lion's Head.  Expressions of remembrance to the Lion's Head United Church would be appreciated.  Messages of condolence may be sent to the family through www.georgefuneralhome.com
