To Alice’s family,
I am sending my deepest condolences to all. I met Alice back in 1984 and over the years built a beautiful friendship. We remained in contact right up until her last letter, letting me know she wasn’t well and what was to come. It broke my heart. I’m so grateful to have had your friendship for so many years of my life. I know we will meet again Alice, and continue on. Rest peacefully my friend….I will cherish my wonderful memories
