Obituary of Murray Stephenson

STEPHENSON, Murrayof Pike Bay passed away with family by his side on Sunday, March 3, 2013 in his 87th year.  Beloved husband and forever best friend of Dieann for 45 years.  Devoted Father and mentor of Michael (Patty) of Pike Bay and Chad of Fergus (friend Stephanie Clarke of Newfoundland).  Loving pappa of Taylor, Madison, Marisa, Cameron and Noah.  'Dad' to his special girls Patches and Kailey.  Brother of Enid, Aileen, Lillian and Clyde (Sharon) all of Manitoba.  Brother-in-law of Herb (Dolores) of St. Marys and Rose Marie (Dave) Waller.  Murray was predeceased by his parents Rose and George Stephenson, sister Carol Stephenson, brother-in-law Jerry Strain, and mother-in-law and father-in-law Marie and Gordon Richmond.Visitation will be held at LION'S HEAD UNITED CHURCH, Main Street, Lion's Head on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service to celebrate Murray's life at 3:00 p.m.  Spring interment Eastnor Cemetery.  Arrangements made by the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, LION'S HEAD CHAPEL, Lion's Head.  In lieu of flowers, donations made to Lion's Head United Church or Golden Dawn Nursing Home would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.  Condolences may be sent to the family through the link below. I would like to Send Condolences Back to Notices Home | History | Services | Our Facilities | Notices | Contact Us | Links
