Obituary of Margaret Stevens

 STEVENS, Margaretof Tobermory passed away peacefully at Golden Dawn Nursing Home on Friday, December 28, 2012 in her 84th year.  Cherished wife of Norm.  Loving mother of Larry Stevens of Brampton and Brenda and her husband Dave Banning of Toronto.  Special grandmother of Ryan, Shannon, Brooke, Cole, Sam, Joseph and Anya. Margaret was predeceased by her parents Mary (Bruder) and Samuel Armstrong, brothers George (in infancy) and Charles and sister Willamina Peach.Visitation will be held at the St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, Tobermory on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday, January 3, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral mass to celebrate Margaret's life at 11:00 a.m.  Cremation to follow.  Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton.  Donations made to the Tobermory Health Clinic or the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.  The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of Golden Dawn Nursing Home for their kindess and care.  Condolences may be sent to the family through the link below. I would like to Send Condolences Back to Notices Home | History | Services | Our Facilities | Notices | Contact Us | Links
