Obituary of Anne Dunleavy

DUNLEAVY, Anneof Lion's Head passed away peacefully with family by her side on Monday, July 16, 2012 in her 93rd year.  Cherished wife of Garfield for 53 years.  Loving mother of Owen (Julie McMillan) of Waterloo and Eric (Marion Tink) of Stirling.  Special grandmother of Allison Tink, Brendan Tink and Jaelle McMillan.  She will be sadly missed by her sisters Norma Grieg of Wiarton, Veryl Preidt of Lion's Head and Lois Bridge of Lion's Head, brother-in-law Ernest (Judy) Dunleavy of London and sister-in-law Mary (Don) MacPherson of Marmora.  Anne was predeceased by her parents Margaret (Smith) and Clark Bridge, brother Ivor Bridge and sisters Vera McIver, Thelma Bridge and Estelle Grist.Visitation will be held at the DAVIDSON CHAPEL, 71 Main Street, Lion's Head on Friday, July 20, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.  The funeral service to celebrate Anne's life will be held at BETHEL MISSIONARY CHURCH, 18 Ferndale Road, Lion's Head on Saturday, July 21, 2012 at 11:00 a.m.  Interment Eastnor Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton.  Donations made to the Lion's Head Hospital would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.   Condolences may be sent to the family through the link below.I would like to Send Condolences Back to Notices Home | History | Services | Our Facilities | Notices | Contact Us | Links
